We want you to love your print. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work at The Print.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and accessories (for hygiene reasons) marked as such at checkout are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the original item under this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
